The bush is tall and upright, reaching 90–120 cm in height; the stems are almost thornless. Foliage is dark green, glossy; young shoots have a reddish tint.
Flowers are large, 8–10 cm in diameter, double. Buds are distinguished by a very dark, almost black color, opening into a deep velvety-red shade, possessing a light or moderate fragrance.
The variety is repeat-flowering; blooming continues throughout the entire summer and autumn periods. The plant is characterized by medium disease resistance and high vase life of the cut flowers.
