The plant reaches a height of 12–15 cm and forms a dense carpet, the leaves of which turn crimson-red in autumn. The variety is thornless and demonstrates resistance to powdery mildew. The winter hardiness of the variety allows it to withstand temperatures down to -45...-50°C.
Fruiting begins in July. The berries have a red-purple color and are distinguished by a sweet aroma; they are used fresh, and for the preparation of desserts and drinks. To set fruit, the variety requires cross-pollination with other representatives of this group, such as the varieties Anna, Beta or Sophia.
The plant is used as a decorative fruit-bearing plant in gardens and for creating edible landscape compositions.
