ALEL101, known under the commercial name Easy Rose, is an everbearing raspberry variety. The plant has a vigorous, upright structure with strong lateral branching, which allows for planting at low density, improving canopy ventilation and simplifying maintenance.
The berries of the variety are notable for their large size, which is maintained throughout the entire harvest period, and a light pink color that does not change upon full ripening. The fruits are firm, dry, have a sweet taste, and high resistance to mechanical damage during transport.
The variety shows high productivity in the first fruiting cycle on current-year canes, with the possibility of use in the second and third cycles. The plant is adapted to various climatic conditions, including Mediterranean climates and summer heat.
