The bush is vigorous, reaching a height of 1.5–2 meters, and requires tying to supports. The canes are powerful, practically thornless, and produce a moderate amount of suckers. Fruiting is summer-season, extended in time, and occurs on second-year canes.

The berries, weighing 4–8 grams, have a sweet taste, a dense consistency, and good transportability. The variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness down to -26°C and resistance to major raspberry diseases.
