The variety has a genetic basis from the varieties Heritage, Autumn Bliss and the species Rubus odoratus. The plant is vigorous, canes reach a height of 1.5–2 meters. The stems are of the standard type, rigid, covered with a small number of small thorns, which facilitates harvesting and often allows growing raspberries without supports.
Fruiting on annual canes begins from mid-August and lasts until the first frosts. When grown on biennial canes, the crop ripens early. The berries are very large, weighing 5.5–7 g, heart-shaped or conical, ranging from red to dark red in color. The fruits are firm and transportable.
The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness and field resistance to Didymella, however, it shows sensitivity to a number of viral diseases. The produce is intended for direct consumption in fresh form, as well as for various types of processing, including freezing and the manufacture of jams.
