The variety belongs to ultra-early ones, fruiting on two-year-old canes begins in mid-June, 5–10 days earlier than the Lyachka variety. The bush reaches a height of 1.5–2.5 m, the canes are upright, stiff, and covered with small soft thorns.

The berries have an elongated cone shape, an average weight of 3.7–8 g, and a bright red color with a glossy sheen. The variety has good transportability and keeping quality.

The plant is resistant to most fungal and viral infections and shows low susceptibility to grey mold. It may be sensitive to Didymella and root system diseases in case of waterlogging of the soil. Winter hardiness is estimated as moderate to high.
