The variety was obtained by crossing the maternal plant DrisBlackFive and breeding line BL481.3. The plant produces a large number of new shoots and root suckers. It is characterized by early bud break at the beginning of the season and mid-season flowering on the previous year's canes.
The fruits have a small length-to-width ratio, and the flower size is smaller than that of the variety DrisBlackSeventeen. The variety was selected for high yield indicators and berry quality characteristics suitable for commercial use.
