Variety description

The variety forms dense cushions of evergreen leaf rosettes 10–15 cm in height. Flowering occurs in late spring to early summer with small cup-shaped flowers rising above the turf. The plant is characterized as early-flowering within the Arendsii saxifrage group.
The plant belongs to USDA hardiness zones 5–7. It requires good drainage, as it is sensitive to rotting and damping-off under conditions of high humidity and heat, especially in the central part of the leaf rosette.
The variety is used in ornamental gardening for rock gardens, rockeries, and borders, and is also suitable for growing in containers and balcony boxes.
