The variety belongs to the type of population varieties of winter rye. In agronomic practice, it was used as a grain crop intended for baking production and livestock needs.
Scientific studies of the variety included the study of its reaction to infection by fungi of the genus Fusarium, as well as biochemical analysis of the composition of storage proteins — secalins.
