The variety was developed to increase suitability for mechanized harvesting. One of the key characteristics is the ability of the placenta to retain seeds within the capsules until the full maturity stage, which allows for inertial threshing without the risk of mechanical damage to the seeds.

Thousand kernel weight is 2.7–3.0 g. The seed capsules have an average length of 21 mm and a diameter of 6.5 mm. The average yield of the variety under specialized cultivation technologies reaches 1354 kg/ha. The variety is considered as an agricultural alternative to small-leaf tobacco in Bulgaria.
