The variety is intended for green manuring, improving soil structure, erosion control, and nitrogen conservation. It effectively suppresses weeds due to vigorous initial growth and is suitable for late sowing dates, as well as for mulch seeding in crop rotations.

The plant forms an intensive root system with a strong taproot. The variety does not overwinter, which simplifies subsequent tillage. During cultivation, a seeding rate of 15–20 kg/ha is recommended with a seeding depth of 1–2 cm and the application of 40–60 kg of nitrogen per hectare.
