The variety is mid-season or mid-early with a growing season of 80–85 days. Plant height varies from 80 to 120 cm. The variety possesses good resistance to lodging, pod shattering, major diseases and pests, as well as drought tolerance.
Seeds are light yellow, the thousand kernel weight is 4.0–7.93 g. Oil content varies from 29.5% to 35%. Potential seed yield is 22–26 c/ha, under intensive conditions — up to 30–35 c/ha.
The variety has a nematicidal effect, reducing the number of nematodes in the soil by up to 75%. Plants ripen uniformly, which facilitates mechanized harvesting. It is used as an oilseed and forage crop, as well as a green manure to improve soil structure.
