The variety «Ариадна» is used as an oilseed and forage crop, as well as a green manure. Studies show the variety's ability to form a high green mass yield, amounting to approximately 37.1–37.8 t/ha.

The plant is one of the tallest varieties. The height in the rosette phase is approximately 9.9 cm, in the budding phase — approximately 38.9 cm, in the flowering phase — approximately 66.6 cm, and in the full maturity phase it reaches 103.4 cm. Seed quality depends on providing an optimal level of mineral nutrition.
