The variety is mid-early and medium-tall, with stem height varying from 70 to 150 cm. The plant is an annual with straight, rigid stems that branch in the upper part. Leaves are pinnate, lyre-shaped, green, and covered with characteristic rough pubescence.

The variety is universal in its use: seeds are applied in the food industry and medicine, and green mass is used as a green manure to improve soil structure and enrich it with organic matter. The plant is valued for its pronounced nematodicidal properties, which contribute to reducing the beet nematode population, and it is also a good honey plant.

The plant prefers fertile, warm soils with a neutral pH level and does not tolerate waterlogging or high acidity. The seeding rate for seeds is 10–15 kg/ha, and when sown as a green manure, it is 18–25 kg/ha. The variety shows satisfactory resistance to lodging and diseases.
