The variety is characterized by strong initial growth and intensive formation of green mass at the beginning of the growing season. The root system of the variety is a deep taproot. Lodging resistance is rated as low to medium, and the tendency to flower is medium. The variety does not possess resistance to nematodes.

The plant is used as an intermediate crop for soil greening and tolerates late sowing dates well. The variety is also suitable for use as forage and as spice and aromatic raw material.
