Beefsteak-type fruits have an oblate shape and a weight of 200 to 400 grams. Their color varies from dark-maroon to chocolate-brown with a purple tint and green shoulders. The flesh is juicy, multi-locular, with a delicate texture.

The plant requires support due to its tall growth and fruit weight. The variety is intended primarily for fresh consumption, but is also suitable for processing into sauces.
