The variety is tall, reaching 1.5–2 m in height and requires mandatory staking and side-shoot removal. The ripening period is 110–120 days. Fruit weight varies from 250 to 500 g, and can reach 700 g with thinning.
The fruits are heart-shaped, sometimes with ribbing at the stalk, colored in a dark chocolate-purple hue with characteristic dark shoulders. The flesh is dense, fleshy, and contains few seeds. The variety is primarily for fresh consumption, and is also suitable for sauces and pastes.
