The variety belongs to the heirloom category. The period from germination to the onset of ripening is 100 to 125 days. The plant is of the indeterminate type, reaching a height of 170–200 cm in greenhouses, and sometimes up to 2.5 m. It possesses relative resistance to a complex of diseases, including Phytophthora infestans.

The fruits are oblate, ribbed, weighing from 120 to 300 g; individual specimens can reach 400–450 g. The color of ripe fruits is dark, maroon-brown. The variety is intended for fresh consumption; the fruits are distinguished by a sweet taste, however, they have low keeping quality and poor transportability.
