The Chef’s Choice F1 hybrid series includes mid-early and mid-season indeterminate plants about 1.5 m tall. Beefsteak-type fruits weigh from 250 to 450 g and are distinguished by resistance to Verticillium wilt, Fusarium wilt, and tobacco mosaic virus.
The Chef Hubert variety is a tall indeterminate with a mid-season maturity period. Its fruits weighing 90–400 g feature anthocyanin coloration on a red-orange or pink-raspberry background and juicy sweet flesh.
Varieties of the Dwarf series, such as Chef Paul Bocuse, are determinate plants up to 1 m tall with delicate foliage. They form plum-shaped anthocyanin fruits weighing 50–80 g, suitable for cultivation in containers.
