Variety description

10 August 2026

Hybrid Chenoa F1 is known for its resistance to Tomato yellow leaf curl virus, which is transmitted by whitefly. This characteristic has been confirmed during field trials in West African countries.

Morphologically, the variety forms fruits of a flattened shape. In comparative yield studies, this hybrid showed productivity lower than that of the highest-yielding varieties participating in the trials.
