The variety is intended for industrial cultivation and processing. The plant is of the determinate growth type. The variety was adapted to the agroclimatic conditions of southern France to replace imported American varieties.

The fruits have a red color and a cylindrical elongated shape. The weight of one fruit is from 90 to 110 grams. The produce is characterized by a high content of soluble solids, which is an important indicator for the production of tomato paste.
