The first-generation hybrid Jampakt has a determinate growth habit, with a plant height of about 60 cm. The growing season lasts from 100 to 120 days. The plant is capable of successfully setting fruit at both high and low temperatures.
The round-shaped fruits have an average weight of 120 g, which can increase up to 250 g under certain agrotechnical conditions. The variety is intended for open field cultivation and is suitable for the fresh market and processing.
The variety possesses pronounced genetic resistance to root-knot nematodes Meloidogyne spp. due to the presence of the Mi-1.2 gene. In scientific literature, the hybrid is frequently used as a reference genotype when evaluating the susceptibility of tomatoes to Meloidogyne javanica and Meloidogyne incognita nematodes.
