The fruits have a round, flattened shape with distinct ribbing; their weight typically ranges from 150–300 g. The flesh is firm and meaty, contains a small number of seeds and little moisture, and has a sweet-and-sour taste.

The tomatoes are suitable for fresh consumption, stuffing, and preparing sauces. During cultivation, the plants require staking, regular watering, and a planting distance of 60–80 cm.
