The variety is mentioned in agronomic publications from the 1990s as a research subject for resistance to root-knot nematodes Meloidogyne spp. and for studying the effects of high temperatures on plant physiology.

In experiments, the variety demonstrated relatively high root thermotolerance compared to other genotypes tested. Detailed morphological characteristics and a description of fruit quality are absent in available materials.
