The variety belongs to the San Marzano type and is characterized by very high vigor and indeterminate plant growth. The fruits have an elongated shape and pronounced "shoulders," with an average weight of 100–120 g.
The plant is intended for cultivation in open field and greenhouses. The crop is suitable for harvesting at the green or turning stage, as well as at full maturity. The produce is versatile and suitable for canning and making sauces.
There is also a hybrid rootstock with the same name, which belongs to interspecific hybrids of Cucurbitaceae Cucurbita maxima × Cucurbita moschata and is used for grafting, but it is not a tomato variety.
