The plant is of the indeterminate type, reaching a height of 1.5–2.5 m, and requires staking and pruning. The period from transplanting to fruit ripening is 80–85 days. The variety is the result of a mutation of the Speckled Roman variety.
The fruits have a cylindrical or pepper-like shape, often with a pointed tip, their length varies from 7 to 12 cm, and their weight is 80–150 g. The flesh is sweet, without pronounced acidity. The skin and flesh are firm, resistant to cracking, and the fruits are well-suited for whole-fruit canning, drying, and sauces.
