The variety is the result of an accidental cross between the Antique Roman and Banana Legs varieties. The plant is of the indeterminate type; it reaches a height of 1.7–2.2 m in greenhouses and 1.4–1.7 m in the open field. The ripening period varies from 75 to 120 days depending on growing conditions.

The fruits are plum or pepper-shaped, often with a pointed tip, with a mass of 100–300 g. The skin color is red with distinct wavy yellow or orange streaks. The flavor is rich, and the pulp is firm with few seeds.

The variety is considered versatile in its use. Due to the fruit structure, it is suitable for making sauces and pastes, canning, drying, and fresh consumption.
