The Roney F1 hybrid (also Honey Red 200) belongs to the cherry tomato group. The plant is characterized by compact growth and short internodes; the fruits have a round shape, a weight of 10–20 grams, and a pronounced sweet honey taste with a Brix value of 9–11. The variety has a mid-season maturity period.
The tomato is intended for cultivation in heated and unheated greenhouses, as well as under plastic covers. It is recommended to harvest the fruits individually, not in trusses. The hybrid possesses resistance to Tomato mosaic virus (ToMV), including intermediate resistance.
