The variety was obtained through intervarietal hybridization using backcrosses, with the parent forms being the nematode-resistant variety Anahu, as well as the varieties Roma, Saint Pierre and Moneymaker. In field trials, the variety demonstrates taller growth and intensive branching compared to local varieties.

The main advantage is the presence of the Mi gene, which provides resistance to nematodes of the Meloidogyne species and reduces susceptibility to certain pests, in particular the whitefly. The fruits of the variety are suitable for both fresh consumption and the industrial production of sauces and ketchups.

The variety may show sensitivity to unfavorable soil conditions, such as salinity. Exact indicators of maturity dates and resistance to lodging vary depending on the agro-climatic conditions of the cultivation region.
