The Alkon F1 hybrid is characterized by a ripening period of 60 days after transplanting seedlings. The plant possesses vigorous growth and reaches a height of about 70 cm.

The fruits have glossy white skin. Fruit length is from 10 to 16 cm with a diameter of 5–6.5 cm. The fruit calyx is light green.
