Nubia eggplant is an early-maturing variety. The plant is characterized as large and vigorous, suitable for cultivation in the open field, as well as in containers on balconies and patios.
The fruits have an oval, teardrop, or pear shape, with sizes ranging from 10 to 20 cm. The fruit surface is glossy, cream-colored with dark wine or purple stripes. The flesh is firm, pure white, with a delicate texture and no pronounced bitterness.
The variety is a table type, suitable for frying, stewing, and grilling. Due to the firm flesh and the appearance of the fruits, the variety is widely used in cooking.
