The tubers of the variety have an oval shape, the skin is colored cream with pink splashes. The potato possesses good culinary qualities and is suitable for making mashed potatoes, boiling, and roasting as wedges.
The variety was created for organic farming systems with the goal of increasing disease resistance with reduced use of chemical agents. Studies from the early 2000s showed that the variety possesses reduced susceptibility to late blight, however, it is characterized by low resistance to common scab.
The variety is listed in the national registry — its seeds are authorized for sale in this country.
