The variety belongs to early or mid-early and is characterized by rapid yield formation. Tubers have an oval shape, the skin and flesh are light yellow in color. The dry matter content is 17.8–19.1%. Culinary type AB, the potato does not darken after cooking.
The plant possesses resistance to potato cyst nematode (Ro1), drought, and secondary tuber growth. Moderate susceptibility to late blight of leaves, sensitivity to rhizoctonia and fusarium, as well as relative sensitivity to metribuzin are noted.
The origin of the variety is linked to the parent pair Spunta × Maradonna. The variety is intended for table use and has become widespread in regions with hot climates due to its adaptability.
