The potato variety SANTE' is a mid-early table variety. The plants have medium height and an upright form, which ensures resistance to lodging. The tubers have an oval or round-oval shape, are uniform in size, have smooth or slightly netted light yellow skin and flesh of the same color with small shallow eyes.
The variety is resistant to potato wart, golden potato cyst nematode, and a number of viral diseases. Starch content in the tubers is 10–14.2%; they are firm-cooking, which allows the variety to be used for preparing salads and industrial processing. Flowering is moderate, flowers are white, however, in hot weather, the buds may drop.
