Tubers have a round or round-oval shape, cream-yellow skin with blue-violet patches, and light yellow flesh. A characteristic feature of the variety is medium-deep to deep eyes.
The variety belongs to the maincrop group. It possesses relatively high resistance to late blight (Phytophthora infestans). In the past, the variety fell out of widespread circulation due to the accumulation of viral diseases, but was subsequently returned to cultivation.
