The hybrid forms plants 110–130 cm tall. The variety is characterized by high tolerance to common smut and loose smut, as well as helminthosporiosis. It is capable of forming stable yields on soils with low agricultural background.

The red-colored grain has a thousand kernel weight of about 32 g. The starch content is 75–77%, and protein content is 9–12%. During the ripening period, the grain is firmly held in the panicle and is characterized by rapid moisture loss, which reduces losses during threshing.
