The variety belongs to the mid-late or late maturity groups. The heat unit requirement with a base of 6°C from sowing to flowering is about 1000°C, and to reach 25% grain moisture is about 1925°C. Plant height averages from 116 to 128 cm.

Plants are characterized by good lodging resistance at harvest and very good sanitary status at the end of the vegetation cycle. When used as silage, the variety demonstrates a reduced neutral detergent fiber content. It is used as a standard in trials due to its stability.
