The variety belongs to the mid-early maturity group and is characterized by the presence of the brown midrib (BMR) gene, which contributes to improving the quality of forage mass. Under cultivation conditions, the variety forms a dense stand due to active tillering.

Cultivation requires warmed soil with a temperature of at least 12 °C, optimally 16 °C. The recommended seeding rate is from 280,000 to 330,000 grains per hectare. The crop is heat-loving and sensitive to low temperatures; in particular, seedlings can be damaged at temperatures below 4 °C.

Under production conditions, the variety demonstrates sensitivity to seasonal climatic factors, which may affect the timing of dry matter accumulation by the time of harvest and the development of secondary panicles.
