The Super Dolce 10 hybrid possesses pronounced nematostatic and nematicidal properties due to the ability of dhurrin to release hydrogen cyanide when plant tissues are damaged. The variety is a poor host for root-knot nematodes, such as Meloidogyne incognita.

The dhurrin concentration in the roots ranges from 0.2% to 0.5%. Due to the high content of cyanogenic glycosides, the use of this variety as animal feed requires caution given the potential toxicity of cyanides. Agronomic characteristics, such as plant height and maturity dates, are not provided in the publications.
