The Aneto variety is a tall forage crop with plant height ranging from 216 to 287 cm. The hybrid is used for producing green mass, hay, and silage, and is also considered as potential feedstock for cellulosic ethanol production.
The plant is distinguished by good regeneration capacity after cuttings and high productivity even under moisture deficit. The variety demonstrates adaptability to arid and semi-arid climatic conditions, with no high requirements for soil fertility levels. A high crude protein content is recorded in the biomass.
