The plant is distinguished by a large number of leaves, which ensures high forage quality. The average plant height is about 93 ± 18 cm. The variety demonstrates slow growth during the initial stages of vegetation and high resistance to trampling.

The variety possesses a good ability to regrow after grazing or mowing. In research practice in Uruguay, it is often used as a control sample when conducting trials and pathological tests.
