The plant is a compact ornamental foliage variety with smooth soft leaves featuring variegated coloration. The leaf pattern consists of a combination of yellow and light green shades; variations with white variegation also occur, which darkens and acquires a green hue on older leaves over time.

The variety produces medium-sized white spathes and possesses a light floral fragrance. The plant is thermophilic, requires maintenance of air humidity, and bright but diffused lighting, as it loses its variegation in insufficient light, while direct sunlight causes leaf burns.
