The Arlington variety, also known by the code designation PV-1517, is an F1 hybrid intended for cultivation in the baby-leaf segment. The plant forms smooth leaves.

This hybrid possesses high resistance to a wide spectrum of spinach downy mildew (Peronospora effusa) races, covering races 1–17.
