The plant forms an upright or slightly raised rosette of large fleshy dark green leaves 30–50 cm in height. The variety is characterized by rapid growth, resistance to premature flowering, and tolerance to powdery mildew races 1, 2 and 3.

The variety is adapted to various soil types, prefers moist and humus-rich areas. Suitable for spring, summer, and autumn sowing, including the pre-winter cycle. Consumed fresh, suitable for freezing and culinary processing.
