The plant forms large, smooth, dark green leaves. The upright form of the bush helps reduce the risk of mechanical damage to the leaves under adverse weather conditions. The variety possesses high growth energy, allowing it to develop in cold and cloudy weather conditions.

The hybrid has resistance to downy mildew (Peronospora effusa) races 1–12, 14–16 and 19. When grown for baby-leaf, the recommended sowing density is 800 seeds per square meter. In experimental protected cultivation conditions, cases of low yield and susceptibility to seedling lodging were noted.
