The variety, also known by the code designation PV-1818, is distinguished by smooth dark green leaves with a thick texture. The plant possesses a high degree of uniformity and versatility in use.

The variety has high resistance to spinach downy mildew (races Pe: 1-19) and bolts slowly, which allows for cultivation under various conditions and extends the harvest period.

Intended for obtaining baby leaf type produce, but is also suitable for other types of processing, including teen leaf and chopped spinach.
