Parys F1 is a hybrid form representing an improved version of the Giant Winter variety. The plant forms large, broad, and fleshy dark green leaves.

The variety possesses good resistance to cold and powdery mildew. Sowing in open field is recommended in March or during the period from August to October, which allows for harvesting in the autumn-winter period and until June of the following year.
