The plant forms rather small rounded leaves of a shiny dark green color with long thin petioles. The variety is distinguished by high uniformity of the leaf apparatus and has an upright leaf position.

The variety is intended for cultivation during the spring, autumn, and winter periods due to excellent cold tolerance and delayed bolting. The produce is suitable both for the fresh market and for industrial processing.

High resistance to spinach downy mildew is claimed, including races Pe:1-11, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20. It is characterized by rapid growth and a wide harvest window.
