The plant has a semi-erect growth habit and is distinguished by the presence of large leaflets. The variety is characterized by high forage value and a nitrogen fixation capacity in the soil of about 110 kg per hectare per year.

This clover is adapted to the conditions of the Pampas. It is used primarily as a forage crop and a component for various types of pastures; it is also used for technical landscaping purposes.
