The variety is characterized by extremely small leaves and a very low growth habit, with a regrowth height of 5–6 cm. With regular mowing, the variety exhibits a reduced capacity for flowering.

The plant possesses high resistance to trampling and drought, and is capable of developing successfully in shaded areas. It forms a dense turf, is slow-growing, and does not require intensive maintenance. It is used for overseeding into lawns to fill gaps and enrich the soil with nitrogen.
